I’m an Occupational Physician with over ten years of experience supporting workplace health and safety across Greece and Cyprus. My journey began with medical studies at the Democritus University of Thrace, where I also completed my MSc in Hygiene and Work Safety and later earned my PhD in Occupational Medicine. My research focused on how workplace exposures affect gastrointestinal health — a topic that deepened my understanding of the connection between environment, work, and well-being.
After completing my residency and working in the University Hospital of Alexandroupolis, I moved to Cyprus, where I currently serve a broad range of organizations in both the private and public sectors. These include healthcare institutions, construction companies, industrial manufacturers, transportation providers, and logistics hubs.
I believe that occupational health is not just about regulatory compliance — it’s about prevention, early intervention, and creating safer, healthier environments for people to thrive in. I aim to offer practical, personalized solutions for employees and employers alike, backed by both scientific knowledge and field experience.
