I’m an Occupational Physician with a deep commitment to workplace health and a strong academic background in public health and epidemiology. My career has allowed me to work both in clinical settings and in the field, supporting employees across industrial, public, and healthcare environments in Greece and Cyprus.
I hold a medical degree and a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace, where my doctoral research explored the factors affecting life expectancy in the population of Cyprus. I have also completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety, and I’ve undergone specialized training in smoking cessation and workplace wellness programs.
My approach to occupational medicine is rooted in prevention, evidence-based practice, and empathy. I enjoy working closely with teams to create healthier, safer, and more productive work environments. Teaching and research are also part of my professional identity — I’ve participated in academic programs and contributed to scientific publications and conferences in the field of occupational medicine.
