I’m a licensed psychologist with postgraduate specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a strong focus on workplace mental health, emotional well-being, and vulnerable populations. My career has taken me through diverse sectors — from public health and social services to private practice and collaborative roles with Occupational Physicians.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bangor in Wales, and I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Crete, where my research explores the role of mindfulness in emotional forecasting.
Throughout the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals and communities — from recovering substance users and refugees to adolescents, ex-inmates, and employees in high-stress environments. I strive to provide care that is empathetic, evidence-based, and adaptable to each person’s unique needs.
